Sorry for starting all this.
 
My favourite - Prof Thomas Reeve - always told me "You will never get into trouble if you actually go and see the patient" - saved me a zillion times at 4.00am when the bed was warm and I was on call.....he was a wise old bird I owe the fact that in 20 years of ICU and anaesthetic practice I was never sued etc.
 
Re the article I think Benjamin makes the point this is for people he already knows and has consulted..I rather liked the disciplined approach to data collection and that he had processes to make sure, hopefully, to see those who needed it.
 
Ozdocsonline looks a little less robust to me in this regard.
