Does that also apply to the nine-digit sum of public money invested in

Absolutely. (I thought 8 digits?) Those projects are clear demonstrations of political risk management and "plug pulling" prowess.

I recall seeing mention of $100 million expenditure on HealthConnect and 
MediConnect since 1999. That's nine digits, isn't it?

I December 2004, Rob Wooding was talking 11 digits. That was when I reckoned it was all over.
