The average system administrator in a specialist's office is a 52 year old woman whose formal IT training was to do a course on WordPerfect 12 years ago. Tech support is a 25 year old who has completed a Level 3 IT ticket at TAFE. He would rather be playing Unreal Tournament but has poked around enough in Exchange Server to be dangerous. He prefers supporting software that he doesn't have to think about. These are Andrew's main customers. It is very good of him to give us other options.
