Or, John. write your own Argus capable delivery software or pay someone
to do it for you.

Oliver's is the only approach. You tell them once politely what you are
going to do, give them a time frame to respond and then do it.
Blustering is just that.

For five years from the mid nineties GPs complained bulk-billing
payments were inadequate. The Feds just laughed. "Tell someone who
cares". It's only when the percentage of bulk-billing dropped
precipitously and an election loomed that any action resulted. You can
talk the talk but you gotta walk the walk.

Oliver is a troublemaker. He is trying to change the environment to one
where the message delivery problem disappears. We should all emulate his
stance.
