I think that the first job is to make design decisions
eg boss=ian
language=ruby_on_rails
backend=postgres
and
implement database design
and not change it again
we have enough manhours wasted on that already from gnumed to be able to
formulate that quickly
then
follow richard's gui design
and move forward
