Ah well, I am living in constant disorganized chaos anyway (to the dismay of my wife and my receptionists) The booking form allows to select quick/standard/long appointment (5 min, 15 min, 30min) - a help screen explains which is to be used for what purpose. After first log in patients will have to go through a wizard style introduction explaining how the system works Anything more complex will currently require them to ring up and make the appointment the conventional way - if the online system is too complex, it will not be used correctly I am afraid. The receptionists can "tag" appointments with any number of tags (both text and/or icons, e.g. "procedure", "work cover", "CBT") and appointments can be made in 1 minute increments (with user configurable default time slots of course for level A-D consults) Horst _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
