| There is level 3 water restriction c.f. Melbourne's level 1. The local media talks about levels 4 & 5. There are public notices in private places urging you to save every drop of water. Imagination and community wise, it is not dry - the shopping plaza at Cornmeal Creek beats anything we have in Melbourne :) But then that's because I go nuts whenever I see a river or a creek....
