God only knows what NEHTA, the MSIA and the various standards groups will come up with.

I know Michael Legg has gotten his pathology reporting and request codes out there through Standards Australia's HL7 committee structure.

Most pathology providers are now offering HL7 results on request, in Sydney, at least. Who is requesting and using them is another matter.

The radiology codes were recently released, too, but that still leaves an awful lot still unclear.
