It might be useful to explain to them that the developers at
ArgusConnect are not "a collective and anonymous body".  They have
names, an established business structure and a physical location.  Argus
is not and has not been developed by a widely-dispersed bunch of
enthusiastic amateurs, as some open source software has (not that there
is anything wrong with that, in itself), but by a small group of
informatics professionals working closely together in one place.  

P.S. Chris Tansell, what is your role and where are you working?  A
signature file would help.
