Health information when you need it.

Dear Jay,
I like the "Health information when you need it" bit on your signature.
I need some information now. The Connectivity Options Paper announced
on:
http://www.healthconnectsa.org.au/Portals/0/HealthClix%20October%202006.
pdf
is described there as providing:
"an understanding of the information flows of private, public and non
government health providers, and includes a technical review of the
connectivity requirements and options to support the secure transmission
of health related information across the continuum of care.
The recommendations and options discussed considered significant State
and Commonwealth initiatives, with the main objective to achieve
interoperability across a range of health providers, and the ability to
access information securely without compromising privacy guidelines.
A summary of the major findings contained in the Paper is available from
the HealthConnect SA website. The full document is classified as 'C3
High' limited, need to know access and is available to approved
applicants. Applications are required in writing to HealthConnect SA."
I have read the summary document but have not see the James Bond MI5
full paper which apparently would necessitate my elimination if I should
read it. The summary document makes no mention of the Argus clinical
messaging system. Does the full paper that would require my elimination
discuss the possible role of Argus at all? If not, why not?
