Hi Andrew,

To the best of my knowledge, just about every doctor in Australia.

I'm basing this on the fact that data conversions exist (written with no
"losing" vendor assistance) for just about every package on the market which
indicates that data isn't stored using strong encryption.

Feel free to clarify.
