Maybe I dont understand the relevant issues

Apologies to the experts, but I have put a fair bit of detail of my
setup there also.
I find when I go back to do something I cant remember how I did it when
it took me 2 days to do so. Hence the documentation Also I found the
Gnumed for example very difficul to get a handle on - this might make it
easier for anyone else joining the effort.
