I use RWW ("remote web workplace") which comes with Small Business Server
2003.  You can remotely connect via the web from any situation and control
any computer in your surgery network yet print locally.

My not so fond memories of nursing home visits as a GP, many years ago,
would have me wishing for software called called BeamMeUp, I suspect.
