tell the legal fraternity, for whom encryption remains a complete
mystery - they rely on legal clout to prevent the revelation of their
attached word documents, lest they sue you for disclosure
If you communicate insecure with the patient's explicit consent - where is the
problem?
agreed, but you need their consent
You cannot assume consent for insecure transmission of patient details to
third parties
