I think we will be addressing this problem in 2 ways at our practice: 1. OzdocsOnline - setup an account with them if pts want email consults.
2. Plain PGP program - for emailing requested copies of results. There will be a fine line between some emails if this method becomes more popular but if we have a commercial consult system setup we will be able to advise the patient that they will have to go through that in the future. Our problem now is to find the easiest way to send pts a program with our pki which is easy for them to setup. (my feeling is that if they are working with email they will have some basic knowledge). fee >-- Original Message -- >Date: Thu, 07 Dec 2006 21:01:17 +1030 >From: Oliver Frank <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >To: General Practice Computing Group Talk <[email protected]> >Subject: Re: [GPCG_TALK] Re: [Nat-Div] More questions on Argus >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED], > General Practice Computing Group Talk <[email protected]> > > >Cedric Meyerowitz wrote: >> Horst >> >> At present the guidelines from HIC does not specify we can communicate >in an >> unsecure manner if patient agrees.
