Fax to email is a great option too. Hospital can email me an ecg which they send via fax to my voip number

From memory we are doing about 150 calls/month (all staff encouraged to use it for STD/calls to mobiles). Calls to overseas mobiles are poor quality but thats not a nodephone issue I suppose. I haven't used fax over IP. We previously trialled Faktortel and GoTalk. Nodephone was the best of them.
