Greg, no moderation occurs on this list whatsoever. Your original e-mail
was held in the queue because it was addressed to 14 recipients. You can
understand that this could be seen as spam like behaviour. It is by
default held for approval, as is any other message which the system
decides may be spam.

Thanks for the clarification.
All I knew for sure was that the attribution was missing from the quoted
version, and the author was asking if I wrote it.
