Have a look at the Dell supplied switches,
3 yr next business day onsite replacement, includes everything.

I presume they all work. I like Netgear. Chekc out warranty - D-Link 5yr
excluding power supply and fan only 1 yr (hte most likely components to
fail. Netgear 2yr includes everything.
