The computer, bundled with M$ OS. Microsoft should not be able to insist that the computer is sold with it's OS installed (or penalize the computer seller for not doing so)

Microsoft's newest licensing policy forbids them to sell a computer
with no OS, so in a very cheeky move they will supply a copy of FreeDOS on CD - an OS that would be of no use to anybody today.
