Tom, In this document you assert, on page 2, that: "It is widely known across the Australian health sector that too many electronic messages are failing to arrive at their intended destination." and on page 4 that: "Approximately one message in every thousand is estimated to be lost via the incorrect use of the message acknowledgement process."
