The question is, at what point does a website become a useful tool for a practice?

High cost specialist services, such a cosmetic or other discretionary surgery, make sense as does the Ozdocsonline site, as its about promoting high-return activities or a completely new service, but for /mundane/small/average/bulk-billing practices, I wonder?
