We like Drupal for converting static practice web sites to dynamic ones.
Here's a fresh convert: http://www.anzacsquaremc.com.au/No customisation yet but Dr picked it up and started adding and amending content without any training.
Cost - a couple of hours of tech time all up to setup Drupal and copy and paste existing content.
