This is logically true. We have a synecdoche here ( http:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synecdoche ). A subpart is used to represent a whole thing. A set of wheels represents a car. A bigger set of wheels represents a bigger car. What does bigger health mean? Biggish health problems, biggish health bills and biggish hearts?
