JJ, I disagree. 
This is the perfect forum for a debate about standards. 
Reading between the thinly-disguised attacks on particular products I
understand what has motivated this exchange.

FWIW, I agree with Tom that getting AHML accreditation must surely apply
to the clinical vendors (since it is they who should create HL7
messages) and not the transport vendors, who only need to guarantee
delivery.
