That's OK Oliver....I don't think people should be rude to each other in
this forum or question each others knowledge. They can put up differing
points of view in a decent manner. I would like to see a better tone to
the communications. That will improve its attractiveness to others. I am
aware of others who watch the site, never make a comment, because it
has, at times an aggressive environment. Maybe we will have another chat
some time when I am in Adelaide. Keep well.

John, I disagree.  For we GPs, these messages provide important insights
and a better understanding of the messaging and data communication
issues in Australia that have to be sorted out so that clinical
information can be shared reliably and easily between all of the players
in the health system.
