Ouch, other software providers might be caught napping.

ANNOUNCEMENT 6Dots

HCN TO LAUNCH ONLY INTEGRATED EASYCLAIMING / EFTPOS SYSTEM

HCN is pleased to announce that we have formed a partnership with Tyro to
launch the only Medicare "Easyclaim" solution, integrated with Practice
Management Software, on the market. The solution also includes integrated
EFTPOS.

The Tyro and HCN Easyclaim system will operate with Pracsoft and Blue Chip
as used by over 3,700 practices nationwide.

The product features will include:

* Automatic information transfer between the Tyro EFTPOS terminal and
Pracsoft or Blue Chip
* Terminals will have EFTPOS, credit card and Easyclaim processing
capabilities
*
* Tyro terminals will handle multiple doctors accounts who may be
operating in a single practice and pay cleared funds into their existing
bank accounts.
* Access to an online, real-time reporting systems to track payments
* The solution is broadband based, resulting in a saving of up to $468
per year for users who hold a dedicated phone line for their EFTPOS terminal

Benefits to the practice:

* Dual data entry is eliminated, thus streamlining your practice's
workflow and minimising keying errors
* Lower operating costs and no up-front fees
* No lock-in merchant contracts for the EFTPOS terminal or merchant
services
* Real-time verification of claimants' entitlements with Medicare,
thereby eliminating risk
* Payments are made on the next banking day
* Patients receive better customer service, without inconvenience to
the practice

John Frost, HCN CEO, urges practices to carefully consider the best route to
implementing Medicare's Easyclaim service and to ensure that the chosen
system fulfils the practices' needs. Other systems currently announced to
the market do not offer an integrated solution but operate only in a stand
alone mode.

HCN will provide greater detail in the near future about the product rollout
including further features, benefits, availability and how to take up this
new offer from HCN.

Easyclaim is Medicare Australia's new claiming system currently being
launched and expected to be in production in the second half of this year.

Tyro is the first new entrant into the EFTPOS business in over 10 years.
Tyro holds an authority under the Banking Act to carry on banking business
as a Specialist Credit Card Institution (SCCI) and operates under the
supervision of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). Under
this authority Tyro provides credit, debit and EFTPOS acquiring services and
must not take money on deposit. On 21 December 2006 Tyro signed the Medicare
Easyclaim accreditation and service contract. Since that day both Tyro and
HCN have been working hard to bring you the best integrated EFTPOS and
EasyClaim system in the market.
