Not a problem with current MS OS licensing. You are now apparently
locked into the hardware [mainboard essentially] that the
install/activation is on. They can now refuse to reactivate on the
basis of a failure, I've read, though I don't know if they are
enforcing this new part of their licensing labyrinth.
