There is a sporting phrase "Get into the game or get out of the stadium."
Words are cheap and sitting on the bench or being a spectator saying what
the players should be doing won't win a game.
I would advise that some of the learned people on this list should swap jobs
if they want action.
There have been a stack of jobs going at NEHTA over the past couple of
years.
I am sure many of the people here would shake up the corridors of government
departments. Many would have slotted nicely into lead roles with the various
HealthConnect projects that have been going on over the last number of
years.
There have been many suggestions for how business could be run better -
start one yourself or join an existing company and do what you can from the
inside developing products and services.
Basically infiltrate the very organizations you wish to influence.
