Yes, Babelfish it is. They offer a hub-like service that allows you to
send from any protocol to any protocol (e.g. HTTP to POP3, FTP to SOAP)
and from any format to any format (PIT to SAPDF anyone?).
Apparently, Tasmania accepts that the implementation of communication
standards is either impossible, not desirable or doomed. This approach
must be a tremendous relief to all IT players who have a presence in
Tasmania because it effectively eliminates any incentive for the
adoption of common standards to ensure interoperability.

WSS wins Referral Messaging contract for GP’s across Tasmania
Melbourne, Victoria – 12 June 2007: Major e-health solutions provider,
Working Systems

General Practice Tasmania Limited for the statewide deployment of
secure electronic

The General Practice Tasmania network comprises the three Divisions of
