So the only ones that will miss out is anyone who's renewed since the beginning of January, including the vast hoard who are doing it this week in order to get the third year subsidy that they believe will expire on 30th June?

The guys that renewed before the end of last year to get the higher subsidy level before it fell for this year will win again?
