address from this line of the HL7 message I'd be most grateful.

I think that the best source of the information that you need will be
the ArgusConnect helpdesk tomorrow, but it is possible that a keen user
on the Argus users' email discussion list, to which I have copied this
message, may be on the airwaves today and be able to help you today.
I would like to point out that ordinary users of Argus would not expect
or need to do what you are doing, but that instead a techhie type person
either at their Division or at ArgusConnect would do all this for them.
I think that it is important that your article does not give the
impression that ordinary users have to get right down to the nuts and
bolts of how Argus works in the way that you are doing.
