SELECT MSH.6.1.1.1 FROM MSH.6.1.1.1 This worked for me. As did the 'single click' to send a referral in HL7 straight from the BP WordProcessor. Had to fiddle with settings in both Argus and BP a bit, but eventually got to the single click stage. As easy a printing a referral letter. If anyone can provide me with a HQL statement that will extract the email address from this line of the HL7 message I'd be most grateful.
