Hi All - my first use of this list so I don't know if the below is appropriate
but if someone can steer me in the right direction. I am running Pracsoft 3.6.5
on Windows 2000 and have recently changed my antivirus from AVG to Bitdefender.
The problem is that on some of my workstations, when I install Bitdefender over
the Pracsoft, then every time I boot up Pracsoft (after I enter my password)
windows installer tries to run HCN InstManager and install something from the
disc and no matter what I do I can't stop it. Once I cancel through all the pop
up install screens then Pracsoft works fine, but it is a pain in the butt esp
when logging in remotely. HCN of course are telling me it is a Bitdefender
problem and BitDefender aren't responding to my emails. Any ideas????
