Apologies - I currently have very limited internet access.  The
easiest solution will be to download the latest MacGPG2 installer, run
it and then open a terminal and type "sudo rm -fr /usr/local/MacGPG2/"

May I ask why you are compiling from scratch?  Is there some
deficiency in MacGPG2?
