fortunately using the installer worked for most of the users - at least this was the feedback we received by now. I'm sorry that it didn't worked for you. Can you imagine why the installer has not enabled the bundle on your system? If we can reproduce the issue we can fix it in the next version of the GPGTools and GPGMail installer. Because this is what the installer is about: the user should not be forced to hack some command on the command line.
