Hi Tristan,

first things first: I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. But let's 
try to solve it anyhow. Which version of GPGTools did you install? Which 
version of GPG Keychain Access (GKA) are you using? Can you check in GKA 
settings which key server are you using?

That would be important to know. And maybe you could also post the key ID on 
which your import fails.
