Well, the contents of my ~/Library/Mail (via Terminal) is: "Bundles/" and
"V2/". I've just these two folder because I manually deleted the "Bundles
(Disabled)" one when I migrated to Lion.

Of course, I created "Bundles/" before coping the GPGMail bundle into it... So
I really don't know why it still doesn't work properly. Maybe, is it a matter
of corrupted preferences, or something in the .plist "com.apple.mail.plist"
that disable any Mail bundles?

I'm going to backup my Mail archive, delete it and delete the Mail preference,
and then I'm going to follow the bundle installation instructions again. This
way I could understand if it's just a problem of my computer configuration.

Thanks again
