This is very strange. I just tried the approach in the ticket we talked about 
again and everything is working now.

Please try the following:

Go to ~/.gnupg/ and create a file called "gpg-agent.conf".
Add the following lines to the file:

default-cache-ttl 0
max-cache-ttl 0
ignore-cache-for-signing

Then either kill the process "gpg-agent" in Activity Monitor or simply reboot 
your machine.
