Hi Roland,

I don't speak German, but Google-Translate helps.

1. You are still running GnuPG 1.4.8 while the current stable is 1.4.11
Please consider upgrading to 1.4.11
2. I don't remember all the settings in GPGMail Tiger, but there must be
somewhere a setting "Trust all keys". If you enable that option that
might solve your problem, but it's an expedient ("zweckmäßig") solution,
and not recommended.
3. When you generated your key 312DA247, did you self sign it, or did
you sign it with another of your keys in your keyring?
I suggest you go to Terminal and type
gpg --edit-key 312DA247
then verify the signatures included in that key:
> check

If there is not a valid signature (made using a key in your keyring),
please sign it, save the change, quit Terminal and try again to encrypt
the e-mail you wanted to encrypt.

Hope all this helps.
Charly
