adding the sunc since last sync, feature.
That I wold like to see is a function that will make it possible to snce a
list of favorite feeds to the sync device only by pressing a button.
This will transfair all new favorite marked episodes arriving since last sync
that has not yet bean played to the default (or selected) sync device.
