Some words about this patch.

1. src/gpodder/dbsqlite.py is where the SQLite related code is.

2. When gPodder starts, it creates the SQLite database structure. It is
by default empty, so gPodder asks the user whether she wants to look up
the directory to find something to start with. I updated this function
to see if there is channels.opml and, if it contains something, the user
is prompted to restore the subscription. This is used both as a migration
tool and as an internal backup mechanism, in case something goes wrong
   with the SQLite database.

It does not migrate the history, mostly because I first wanted to do the
main thing done. If keeping the history is important, I can work on this.

3. The load_channel() function only loads channels from SQLite. There is
update_channels() which updates channels from their sources. There is
   no feed cache anymore.
