Proposed patch with full migration support
Thanks for your work so far! I've added the things we discussed (full
migration, including history and localdb) to the patch and cleaned it up a bit.
Things that still need to be done:
* Mark code that is only used for migration as DEPRECATED
* Test the migration code on all different kinds of installations
* Check if the channel settings are properly imported (including
username/password)
* Check if all old episodes are imported from localdb
Please test this patch now on your installation and see if it works. You can
have multiple runs by simply removing the file
~/.config/gpodder/database.sqlite and re-running the patched gPodder.
