This looks like a bug in feedparser:

>>> import feedparser
>>> f =
>>> feedparser.parse("http://www.europe1.fr/rss_export/feed/on-va-s-gener-laurent-ruquier";)
>>> f.headers
{'content-length': '2971', 'content-encoding': 'gzip', 'vary':
'Accept-Encoding', 'server': 'Apache', 'connection': 'close', 'etag':
'"35bf8321a14ff73dc4ac3ec4d216cc2f:1223494851"', 'cache-control': 'max-age=60',
'date': 'Wed, 08 Oct 2008 19:46:03 GMT', 'content-type': 'text/html'}

although:

$ HEAD http://www.europe1.fr/rss_export/feed/on-va-s-gener-laurent-ruquier
200 OK
Cache-Control: public, max-age=600
Connection: close
Date: Wed, 08 Oct 2008 19:46:58 GMT
Pragma: cache
Server: Apache
Content-Language: fr-FR
Content-Length: 25807
Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
Expires: Wed, 08 Oct 2008 19:56:58 GMT
Last-Modified: Wed, 08 Oct 2008 19:30:24 GMT
Client-Date: Wed, 08 Oct 2008 19:46:59 GMT
Client-Peer: 213.155.157.19:80
Client-Response-Num: 1
Served-By: www.europe1.fr
X-Powered-By: eZ Publish

I couldn't find a corresponding bug in the feedparser issue tracker, but
perhaps we could use a different approach to detecting correct feeds:
parsed_result.version instead of the headers?
