I just got 2 old feeds updated with hundreds of old files. gPodder recognized
them as new downloads and started downloading. This caused 100% CPU but I can't
say which particular feature causes that.
Problem fixes:
Confirm >5 downloads from same feed before starting
Recognize old timestamps and confirm/cancel download
