After changing the podcast URL now the episode list for this podcast becomes
empty. I tested it with the example podcast (Chaosradio Express) of my initial
comment of bug #304.
Just making a guess here: When it reloaded the RSS feed from the new URL, it
also changed the feed title since it was different from the last feed. Together
with the recenly implemented directory renaming this might confuse gPodder and
lose the episodes. Maybe the best way avoid this is to let the feed title
always stay the same when changing the URL.
