Steps to Reproduce
Subscribe to
http://www.ondacero.es/OndaCero/rss/programa/La-rosa-de-los-vientos/2166771/audios
There you will get urls like
"http://podcast.ondacero.com/ondacero/mp3/07092009_07-09-09 rosa primera.mp3"
When gpodder tries to download it, it displays a Error HTTP 400: Bad Request
The problem is that gpodder doesn't escape the spaces as %20
