If I have several podcasts for various feeds queued for download, and my 'Limit
downloads to' value is changed from 1 to 2, the queue doesn't start downloaded
the second podcast, but continues with only the 1 download.
I have tried moving focus away from the value, switching the 'limit' open on
and off, but nothing appears to work. However if I go back to the podcast view,
cancel a queued download and then set it to download again, it starts
downloading the second podcast as it should.
