The user should have the possibility to delete a device on the website.
As we want to preserve the data, a boolean flag deleted should be added to the
model Device (and the corresponding database table).
When deleting a device on the website, the flag should be set to true. Such
devices should not be contained in any list.
Furthermore, subscriptions from such devices should not be included in
current_subscriptions and other database views. Assign the ticket to Martin for
these changes after the rest is done,
