git patch (before #958)
With this patch, one is able to choose gPodder as the application to open a
podcast feed.
It only works if the GTK engine is Quartz (but doesn't produce an error if it's
not). It depends on pyObjc. One can also drag and drop OPML files on gPodder to
import episodes.
