Patch to delete episodes that don't have an associated audio file
When I delete an episode using my iPod touch device and then sync with gPodder,
it gets recreated. There is no associated audio file, so the episode can't
actually be played, but it appears in the gPodder playlist and device's
playlist.
Attached is a patch for sync.py that detects and removes any "orphaned"
episodes that don't have an associated audio file. This completely solves the
problem for me.
